About Me

My Story

After working in admin roles since leaving school, I finally took the plunge & changed career after having my daughter in 2007.

I retrained at North Herts College to become a hairdresser, whilst working part time in a local salon. I have been doing freelance hair since 2010, & over the following years, I have completed courses in nails, brows, lashes, & in 2018, facials & massage.

I opened Mon Paradis in 2021, after having been fully freelance previously. I am now mainly home based in my treatment room & it’s so rewarding when someone arrives feeling stressed & leaves visibly relaxed.

I grew up in Hitchin & have always loved living here. I’m a Mum of one, & wanted to change career to fit in around family commitments.

Outside of work, I love socialising with friends & my family, who all live close by.
